Families are invited to stop by the library for a fun double feature featuring Sonic the Hedgehog 1 & 2! Families can bring their own blankets and snacks! Our first viewing will be at 11am and then we will show the second show begin at 1pm. Registration is not required for this event, but caregivers must stay with their child at all times.

Between showings, and after showings we will have Sonic the Hedgehog themed craft available for children to do (as supplies last) upstairs at our Youth Services Desk.

Sonic the Hedgehog tells the story of the world’s speediest hedgehog as he embraces his new home on Earth. Sonic and his new best friend Tom team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik and his plans for world domination. Runs for 1 hour and 38 minutes and is rated PG.

The world’s favorite blue hedgehog is back! Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with help from Knuckles, in search of a powerful emerald. Sonic, along with his new sidekick Tails, embarks on a journey to stop Dr. Robotnik’s plans before it’s too late. Runs for 2 h 2 min and is rated PG.
